What we do
Fair Play Facilitation tailors customized workshops for clients who are seeking to address diversity, disparities and biases in the work place.
FPF focuses on client pain points, internal woes and conflicts. We create and facilitate scenarios that generate meaningful discussions around those concerns.
How we do it
Fair Play Facilitation professional acting troupe use improvisation and role playing to frame communication around challenging conversations.
Led by Shereen Hickman (Broadway, Cirque du Soleil ) our goal is to enhance awareness, enabling effective dialogue thus resulting in positive change.
How it happens
Sessions are typically 60 - 90 minutes in length and cover 2-5 made-to-order hot topics.
Full day and half day workshops are also available and can encompass:
+ Storytelling and writing for communication
+ One-on-one coaching/role play
+ Empathy in practice for leadership
+ Team building through Improv games
